Re: Today's Weird Stories...
Nothing weird has happened today, so a story from the Fringe last year...
My school's Comedy Club all went to a show together (so why should anything bizarre possibly happen?), and I was going in a bit of hippy chic- tie-dye t-shirt, long skirt, sandals. Anyway, the sandals were rubbing blisters like crazy, so halfway down the Haymarket I just took them off and started walking barefoot (the streets in that part are pretty clean). One of my friends then took off her shoes and socks too, and then another... within five minutes, the teacher who sponsors the Comedy Club was leading "and army of Hobbits", as she put it. Dillon, who's about five feet tall, started leading us all in a quick march, holding his own trainer aloft as "The Holy Shoe". Then the entire Hobbit army had to coordinate to chase down the guy who stole his other shoe.
This being the Fringe, when we stopped in front of the show venue to put our shoes on, people threw us coins. We spent it all on crisps.

The shoe scene reminds me of Life of Brian. But it does sound like funmangaluva wrote: Nothing weird has happened today, so a story from the Fringe last year...

Re: Today's Weird Stories...
That is my signal that this is the thread to mention that I regularly loan my skirts out to one of my friends. One of my male friends.
Unfortunately, he looks way better in the short ones than I do. Damn him.

Re: Today's Weird Stories...
I had to wake up early on Sunday for a very active day, physically tiring, and yesterday was also tiring, mostly psychologically, so my guess is I was simply really tired. The weird thing is I didn't notice it throughout the whole day until I arrived home yesterday night and I only wanted to go to bed, even skipping dinner. (I did eat dinner at last)Akonyl wrote:you're turnin old, oh no!Conia wrote:It wasn't your clothes btwYurikochan wrote:What's weird about that

It's still not weird, when you're exhausted like that you tend to need more sleep. And I'm glad you made sure to eat before bed, it's never good to sleep on an empty stomach. ^^

Re: Today's Weird Stories...
Thinking about it, I doubt that Conia is a very good cross-dressing stalker. My longest female friend is 180 and people tend to remember and notice her because of the height. And iirc Conia is even taller than that.
