speaking of pacman, what a hilarious decision.

What were they thinking? There's absolutely no way that Pacquiao lost that fight.dilbertschalter wrote: speaking of pacman, what a hilarious decision.

too lazy/somewhat depressed/bitter to update the OP
but...I'm predicting the Thunder will win. Too much talent. I don't really care who wins though, I only like a handful of teams in the NBA (Spurs, Jazz, Pacers, Warriors).
I've been hearing some wild rumors that KG is leaving Boston? Some nutty Spurs fans are saying he might down to San Antonio, which I would love, but it's such a stretch. Duncan hates KG, and he would have to take a huge salary cut. Even though I don't like KG, he's that player you'd love on your own team, like a Bruce Bowen, Derek Fisher, etc.

No need to be depressed, it's just basketball! You can't give any credit to those rumors. The day Garnett joins the Spurs is the day I win the lottery.ranger wrote: too lazy/somewhat depressed/bitter to update the OP

godamn the Thunder, is no lead safe from them..When did Nick Collison get so good. Spolstra should of just played my boy Battier 48 minutes, dude was hot.
Also, Thunder bandwagon is even larger than Miami.
Screwin over the Seattle Supersonic fanbase by being good and then stealing the Spurs front office execs, Presti what have you done you traitor. Also, some punk ass Manu wannabe with a terrible beard. Westbrick a shit. I hope your franchise implodes in 1-2 years because y'all got too much talent and everyone wants max contracts. How are they gonna keep kendricks, ibaka, westbrook, harden, and durant when they all improved and want more money?
/end rant

Props to coach Brooks for his adjustments during the second half. That small line up was awesome; Sefolosha exploding and putting constant pressure on the defensive end, then Nick Collision... just awesome. And KD of course, showing James how to close a game (James did good in this game though)
But srsly, Spo playing 6 players in rotation was a bad move, but you can't blame him; he's avoiding Anthony & Turiaf vs Perkins & Ibaka

Miami played some amazing basketball in the first half (shooting over 50% I think?). It was like every time they went down to their end of the court the basketball would drop in.
Westbrick is still shooting too often, despite is great game. Like Stephen A. Smith said, it probably would have been a true blowout had KD taken the shots that Westbrook did.
For Miami to win, they'll need to take all three at home back to back and get lucky on an away game. I don't see OKC being beaten at home more than once, if at all.
You can't be hating on the beard, Ranger. That's his source of power! Just like the story of Samson, if it were to be trimmed, he would lose his clutch-ness. Maybe Manu needs to grow one so he can retake the top 6th man position. Also, as long as they keep Harden, Durant, and Ibaka, (Probably Westbrook as well if he can keep his game consistent) I don't see this franchise 'imploding' anytime soon.

Re: NBA Playoffs 2012 Thread Round II
The Heat are almost definitely not going to win this series, and if that means the front office finally looks at dealing Bosh away, then I'm totally fine with that. Making it to the finals two years in a row is quite an accomplishment in itself, and if they get rid of Bosh and pick up some quality players in his place, maybe they can take a championship next year.
