Why does everyone else get a white Christmas? T_T

Pretty sure it isn't white here. Although considering I just woke up, maybe I should go check... I know it wasn't white last night when I came back home from my mother-in-law's place.
*checks* Nope, no White Christmas for us, just sun and a few clouds. And cold, we have a decent supply of that, which is fairly normal for this time of year.
Although oddly my weather-gadget thingy on my iPod apparently says it's 28F (-2C) out and calls for some form of snow (probably flurries) that I see no evidence of out the window.

~_~* Archi's family doesn't do planning very well....or much at all. Except his mom, she is good about planning. Still trying to figure out what the plan is for xmas celebrations, though we know we're going over to see his mom after 5 (she has somewhere else to be until then).

I've actually got a White Christmas this year, too.  Doesn't happen much in Texas.  Usually, I'd be pretty irritated about it, but I don't have to go anywhere today or tomorrow, so I'm good.

2 things:  You live in Texas as well, Raifuujin?  and, yes, Jecka, I generally hate snow, even in Texas.  I tend to think more about the ice on the roads and consequently driving in it.  Did that once a few years ago, not happening again.  $500 deductible to fix my car on Christmas Eve was not exactly my cup of tea.

I do live in Texas. Family lives in Sachse and I'm going to college in Tyler.
