Proposition #3 (December 7th-8th, 2010) — COMPLETE

Brief: One user of the overall population (adopter or general) has been selected to assume the secret role of Trustee.

Proposition: The Trustee now has the ability to reduce one target's total tokens to 1, tying them for the least amount of tokens possessed in the game. As a result, the target's previous total tokens are to be split between two resulting targets. The resulting targets may be selected by the Trustee, or the Trustee may request they be made at random.

The Trustee Role

The Trustee role in the game is also a simple one: You now have the opportunity to take the point total of one user and distribute it between two other targets, and as a result reducing that one user's total to 1 token. You may opt for these targets to be deliberate, or for them to be random. Whether the targets are deliberate or random will not be revealed to the public, and neither will your identity.

Someone has now been drawn to assume the Trustee role. This is a permanent role, meaning they are no longer eligible for future roles that will come up in the contest.

This is known as a secret role. In other words, your name will not be announced to the public immediately (and neither will the full results) and it is -HIGHLY- recommended you do not mention to anyone that you have been chosen.

THE TRUSTEE'S RULES (assuming no penalties)
- Your proposition involves selecting one user to have their total amount of tokens reduced to 1, making them among the least likely to receive the prize in the end and with the least amount of tokens possible without being excused from the game. Then, two other targets are to be designated to inherit the original point total of the user in question.
- Valid targets include anyone who has posted in either the official topic or the unofficial topic apart from the overseer.
- The two inheriting targets may be deliberate or may be requested to be random. Whether the users were chosen at random or deliberately named will not be revealed to the public.
- If the first target's total tokens amounts to less than 10, their total will temporarily be raised to 20. From there, two sets of +10 tokens will be added to the totals of the two targets. Additionally, if the target has an odd number of tokens, the first inheritance target will take on the larger portion.
- If the deadline passes and no decision has been made, a default penalty will be assessed. Should the penalty be put into effect, you will receive +5 tokens, while three other randomly selected eligible targets will receive +15 tokens.
- The Trustee may not target themselves.

The current total tokens of everyone involved will not be revealed. You may extrapolate how many a user has by whether they've posted in the official topic, or were affected in the results to Proposition 1 or Proposition 2. Remember that only targets that have posted in the official topic or the unofficial topic are considered valid.

Results: The Trustee has accepted the proposition and has chosen participant Akonyl to have his total token count reduced to 1. Because Akonyl's previous total of tokens was less than 10, his remaining token count was raised to 20 to be split evenly between the two inheriting targets. Whether the two targets were deliberately chosen by the Trustee or were chosen at random from the pool of eligible players will not be revealed. The two resulting players that have inherited +10 tokens are Dus and Shin101. The two inheriting users remain below the largest pool of +15 token players.
