Read  the above (about the promise of clean air and water). Solders are disarmed and send into the fields. They become the common man, the ones who want a better life. We can provide that life, so they are likely to join our cause. We will not be in danger unless certain fools make the Chinese Common man think we cats are there to steal and enslave. Then of course they will fight back as they will then see us as a threat.

This will work as long as 1) we show that we can help them 2) We are no going to make things worst 3) If we are fooling them (Panda cats) it is only to help them by obtaining our goals.

This is a case of telling and the kind of words we use. The right one lead to a easy time, the wrong ones to a fight. As for food, part of the deal is the world matching their food but does NOT include fish. This is because both parties realizes how dangerous Chinese Fish really is. In fact the world will provide clean fish as long as the Chinese produce NONE. As long as we treat the common Chinese right, we have nothing to fear and no dead cats. We do need to watch out for the "Crazy" Chinese who believe the Chinese Government can do no wrong. Those can also be brought to our side, but it will take a lot more work and convincing.
