Close call between Gandalf and Yoda, but Yoda's terrible Episode I puppet haunts me to this day, so Gandalf. Also, Yoda died in a pit of mud, Gandalf died fighting a giant creature made out of fire with a stick. Then won. Then came back from the dead even more badass.
