this test is also garbage, some of the questions are so loaded.

"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."

I think some of the questions are a bit too simplified. There were several where I had to guess at the interpretation, but based on the shades of grey would have given very different answers.

I agree with both of these.

Er... that is the whole point. Its the same as personality tests and psych evals. They WANT you to interpret them in your way, which determines your personal answer.

What I'm talking about are questions like: "A genuine free market requires restrictions on the ability of predator multinationals to create monopolies." That question is designed to draw out a specific answer (you're suppose to answer against it, but they count a number of the 'famous' people on the compass as being in favor of it).

How do YOU know they were for it? You know its a bit more complex than that...

It's not, they are putting something on the test designed to get people to answer in a certain way that creates a false contrast.

False, they show you where people fall on the compass, not what they answered. That response is factored into the other questions relating to the section designed to attribute to. Believe it or not, there are people who will either agree or disagree with that question. Depending on the person's individual interests and upbringing. It is how these tests are designed. It can't create a false contrast, unless the questions are INTENTIONALLY leading answers in a particular direction, however when it comes to socioeconimic standing, it is impossible to do so because people have widely varying beliefs, unless there is explicit moral implications that society has no debate over.

Okay, so took the test because I was both bored and curious...

I'm under Nom and (I think) Stop*. :)
*If its not Stop, its probably the unnamed X--in any case, there's two red dots in the same field. ;p

I am not unsure on the location, it's just that everyone is all clustered together in the green field making the names harder to pinpoint to the right dot. :P

I also did PM Callid with the result right after taking the test...but he was probably still asleep at that time. ;p

Wouldn't it be easier to simply find the coordinates?

I think as far as your statement is concerned, I have to choose "Strongly Disagree", and "Strongly Agree" with kyuu and what Jd- said ("As for the similarity of the results: I did expect them to be fairly similar overall (as anime in general attracts a certain audience, but especially this series)").

And, most notably, to that statement you quoted, I actually answered Strongly Agree, IIRC :P
If  ;), :D, ;D, ::), :P, :-X, :o or >:D are attached, that paragraph may not be 100% serious. Seriously.
