I am 3x2 3x1 3x2+1 4x2 3x2+1.

Who am I?

Hints:

This code IS NOT like 4869's code.

The key to solving this code is +2

This code needs some converting.

Note:

If you're gonna find the answer of each of the numbers individually, the numbers with the +1 go together.
