No, it means you have something in your blood that O-'s don't have. My mom explained that to me once but I forgot already. Something to do with antibodies

For example, if you are A+, meaning you have A and Rhesus D antigens on the surface of your blood cell
A- means You have A and No Rhesus D antigens on the surface of your blood cell

Whoa, let's revive this topic. I just recently found out my blood type (appendix, something terrible) - it's 0, though I can't remember whether it's + or - one... My parents both have recessive zeros, they themselves are A and B. There sure is a lot of 0 blood type Conan fans here

you can't, it's the type of thing you only find out if it comes up at a doctor's visit / you ask your parents / you give blood and they mention it to you at some point.alicetama wrote: I dunno.
