Softsubs?

I don't know where to make this question, so I will post this topic here. x.x!
Well, I'm a Portuguese girl who watches DC in English subs (I don't mind it at all :P), but I'm also an fansubber, I translate animes, English to Portuguese. And I know a few people who are fan of DC but they don't know English (that's bad ._.) anyway, I was looking for the episodes of detective conan (EVERY OF THEM, 1-692!) with softsubs, and all of that stuff with MKV... OK, those things. And I don't find  :|, can anyone help me?

And yesterday I was  experiencing with a new episode (691).

Many episodes are not soft subbed, because soft subbing means giving out the raws, which quite a few fansubbing groups are against.

Unfortunately, the only softsub versions you can find are the ones subbed by Puto and M-L, which are remasters, and Episodes 659 onwards. You might wanna ask permission first before using them for your own purposes.

Trivia: Puto is a member of M-L and also a Portuguese. :P
