Just for people to know. His bff says that Itachi has nothing to do with it, because that guy was familiar with manga so he knew well what happens later. In reality its all due to family reasons.
"Because of Itachi" was invented by media after they lurked his vk (our analog of facebook) profile. He has Sasuke ava and "Itachi Uchiha" is listed as his brother. Just for fun actualy. This is from where it is truly originated
From here

I don´t know if it´s true, but now I feel little bad for the guy.

If this is true then the media is just a huge hyping b***h that can go die in a hole  >:(
It's reported in the Daily Fail, which already needs to go die in a hole. What more do you need to know?

Anybody have a study or something to validate if this is true or not? That sounds really awful and somewhat implausible.
It's the Daily Mail so it's false. Seriously, have you seen the amount of (contradictory) things they claim cause cancer ::)

I'll give you a tip. The majority of British newspapers can *not* be trusted (especially the Daily Mail and the Sun). There's a few relatively unbiased ones out there, but the rest... well :-\.

Russia is 12th place (1996). So it's possible.

In the German wiki they are 4th place (2006) :/
Hmm... then it's possible, but still, I doubt it.
Why?

Sorry, but I just find it hard to trust the Daily Mail on just about anything.

Then you should research it instead of just going to doubt it D: Otherwise it's almost the same as just believing everything they say.

Yes, I could. I'm just interested enough in this entire thing to be bothered with it. I'd rather just remain skeptical of most of what they say, use other sources and leave this behind tbh. If I researched everything the Daily Mail got wrong it'd be hopeless. :x

Most of the time, the Daily Fail isn't worth researching because it's such utter bullsh*t. That was why I asked before for a link to an article on a legitimate news website.

I don't think that he really killed himself because of Naruto. It just happened to be a show he liked and killed himself because of other reasons. I read other posts that said that he was abusing alcohol and there were great problems in the family (please don't quote me on that) and the anime was just something others blamed his suicide on so they didn't have to feel responsible/because they hate anime/whyever. (The boy should also have known the manga and then he shouldn't be desperate because of spoilers I'm not going to discuss here.)

Scapegoats are easy to send the mob after. Real problems are difficult to fix, and why would anyone want to do anything difficult?
