I'm sure a little girl is being kept as a prisoner in one of those men's secret laboratory. Secret transfers between the two men's secret laboratory made this possible.

Jokes aside, this isn't that new. If anything, there's a bio-printer (don't remember the real name of it) that came out from the 3D printer invention.
This can slap on a certain pattern of cells layer by layer. The result can be used in skin grafts (one of the first things being tested right now, since it's easiest to do so). Then they would look at how to make organs by constructing the right kind of cell type linkage to promote its survival.
