I wake up instantly when the alarm goes off, but I have trouble getting out of bed since I either end up browsing the internet, shivering under my blankets because it's cold, or stretching because I feel way too stiff.

Also, staying in bed tends to lead to me falling asleep again, ironically

Technically both. I love sleep too much.
But getting out of bed is so much harder when it's so cold outside.

Getting out of bed.

Getting up is a conscious effort to remove myself from the warm covers and walk across a freezing cold bedroom. It's hard to do.

Neither used to be a problem for me until this year when I got a smart phone :x Now, I can wake up but getting out of bed is difficult (eg. this morning didn't get up for over an hour)
