This.  Where's my "all of the above" option?  Because the only time I don't toss and turn in bed is if I'm sick, and that's only because turning at all will result in oxygen deprivation and I'll instantly wake up.

To my left, is the wall so I look that way. I guess I was afraid of seeing things if I slept on my right when I was younger, or something like that. Idk...
I do sleep on my right occasionally. I move around so I wake up on my back, not on my stomach, that's uncomfortable

I was the exact opposite when I was younger. I would face away from a wall, because I didn't want anything to sneak up on me...

I sleep in any position except my back (Unless I feel particularly paranoid that night). I put my left side, because that's how I usually start out. But before I actually fall asleep, my position changes to wherever I'm comfortable.

I'm pretty constantly changing positions, so dunno. Although it's always turning to my right, never to my left, so I basically just roll until I fall asleep.

The wall just happens to be on my right side right now.

Do you know that lying on your right side can help you speed up the movement of food through your body?

For me, I can only sleep while I'm lying on my back, but I never start out sleeping on my back.
