Conan enlisted KID's help to trick BO. And Vermouth realized KID was in it too. Vermouth might know the real identity of KID because of Yukiko's involvement and KID's disguise style. They had the same sensei after all.

I personally think KID won't be so involved in BO plot but I think we can expect more KID-Conan team-ups in the future. And as for KID saying "Now you're in my debt now, detective" what do you think that means? Maybe when Conan/Shinichi finds out his identity, he will ask him not to reveal? What do you think?
