I'm confused. They say it's from the MK manga.

If so, what chapter is it?

I think it's in the fourth volume?
As far as I know, it has not made its way online. But it apparently takes place between Green Dream and Red Tear. I'm afraid that's all I've heard about it. It's downright mysterious. o_o

Hmm... i just noticed it doesn't work in the manga viewer. But considering that it has been in the Detective Conan anime (OVA maybe?) you may be able to watch it...

Yes, there is an OVA made of the Crystal Mother Case which is originally from the Magic Kaito manga (volume 4).
It's OVA 4.
But beware: They put Conan into it, it doesn't destroy the story line, but, well, see for yourself~

Yup, it's in the 4th volume... They made a few slight changes in the OVA, and like Akai-kun said, Conan is in the OVA, but it doesn't change the story that much. The only things that are different are:

-Kaito slips Aoko a pill instead of giving her a coaster with some wierd sleeping stuff for her to sniff
-Kaito actually says to Snake that "Oh that's not the one you're looking for. I put it up to the moonlight and checked already."
-They change "Snake" to "Jackal", but Kaito doesn't say anything about either codename, so "Jackal" is probably just a criminal codename the Interpol or whatever put on him. Only Conan says anything about "Jackal"

So it's OK to watch it instead of reading it.

Don't mistake me. I've already watched the anime/OVA version, blah, blah, blah. I hate it when they put Conan in original MK stories.

Anyways, I just wanna see for myself the actual manga version.

Oh yeah, there's one other tiny difference that I found in the artwork that's really been bugging me, but it doesn't really matter...
