nothing can stop me from watching Conan that I think might happen but " You're my long lost brother " is pretty damn close

he wouldn't care... he knows that kaito is under 20... that means that he's a student...

I would definitely kill Conan if he told the police. But like you said, he wouldn't try to the police anyway because he'd rather settle their match on his own, and because KID knows his true identity... (Except I don't think KID would blackmail him.)
