Like...all of the MK soundtracks have been great, but I think this episode was even more WOW. Every few minutes I had to go back because I wasn't paying attention to what was happening but the music

I like the musicbox association they gave to Akako. I feel the mood of the music suited her. And yes, been adoring the music they've been using overall in the specials, top of course being what seems to be Kaito's theme/the end credits theme they used during special 1.

Gotta say, I like that they combined the chapters for this episode. Makes for a more interesting heist than the one in "Scarlet Temptress," and a more believable talking-down than what was going on in "Would You Grow Up." And, you know, avoids that awkward "Oh wait, I could just kill him" realization that felt a little awkward for her character at that point of the manga. Kinda miss the rest of the police officers holding Nakamori back though; lost a perfectly good "Aww, they do care" moment.

Also, really loved the music, especially the track during the spell-circle. It was just fantastically creepy and perfect.

At some point, I need to go back and fix "Would You Grow Up." Not sure why I thought ラスト sounded like "lost."

They just subbed this today. Watched both the Chinese sub and English sub and DCTP done a good job on it. Is it just me or does Akako=Haibara(I know Akako used Haibara's voice actor in DC episode 219, but they do seem alike some how) in DC?
