If anyone can draw the detective boys in Snow suits it would mean a lot to me thanks to anyone who is willing to draw it for me =D

for some reason, I was under the impression krite was a dude, hum.
my world made sense a minute ago!
anyway, not that it's exactly drawing one for you, but if you just need pictures of them for some reason and not particularly drawings, I know that 466-467 (Unsmashable Snowman) featured the detective boys goin' around in snow gear, so you could maybe get some screencaps from those if that'd help.

Or if you're using VLC player, Shift-s would capture your picture into your Picture folder...though I suggest using VLC player, it's better that way if you want to capture a video screen caps.

it's a video player, that has its own screen capture ability

as for the print screen thing being black, some players just do that so you should try using a player like VLC or just switch to another one you already have and try that.

yeah, with VLC, you can just press Shift and s at the same time, and it snap for you ^_^ (usually in my picture folder unless you change the directory under preferences)
