DA has really strict rules regarding that for very good reasons.  But it should be alright if:

1) Recieve permission from original editor
2) Provide a link to the original edit in your artist comment
3) Stress that this is an EDIT and that the original belongs to Gosho Aoyama, provide a link to the orginal if you can : )
4) Make sure no one gets pissed and find a reason to report you for this xD

And lol what I mean by really good reason can be as follows:
