Re: My drawings (warning, some images are big)
haha It just takes practice. I've havent really been a photoshop geek for that long and Im kicking myself for not starting sooner. Knowing the tools just takes time, I suggest getting on deviantart and searching for photoshop tutorials, thats what I do, you'd be amazed at the kind of stuff it can teach you. Also, A lot of artists now record their progress and put it on youtube for you to watch. Thats a great way to get started, mimicking their techniques will help you find your own. You can also google photoshop tutorials, they're all over the web. Im pretty much an illustrator, so I know nothing about filters and glowing effects, I wish I could learn, but it's not a priority on my list right now. Hope that helped XD

You are all wrong OC Means Orange County!!! Just kidding, couldn't resistAyame wrote:thanks!!!kirite wrote: Well I find colour lines to be a good subtle polish to most pictures, but I think it all depends on your style. Your style look excellent by itself <3.
Wahhhh your friend draws soooo nice tooooo! I love her hair, it's so complicated xD.
Isnt it!?! XD I dont think I could ever draw hair like that, looks like too much of a pain XD I want her talents ;~;
Incorrect my'dear. well not really, but in the context we're using for it, it is. :3 OC means "Original Characters" IE. Characters you make up your self. :3 Thats what makes it different to fan art.yume_no_meitantei wrote:OpenCanvas, a sketch program from Japan, nice pic anyways. BTW, is there an OC for Vista?kat1214young wrote: By the way, what's OC? Sorry I not really sharp in these kind of stuff![]()
I have open canvas, flash, and corel painter, I just rarely use them. All my pics were done in Photoshop CS which a friend gave to me.
Also there isnt really an illustrator program I found yet that differentiates between XP and Vista, just mac and pc. So there is an "OC" for vista.

Aww good point XDDD I'll try that... maybe after the national career examination -.-;kirite wrote: Err basically to draw in photoshop:
Or if you're really technical:
- Click on paintbrush
- Draw on canvas
- : D
Or if you're doing vector:
- Make custom brush set
- Modify the flow and opacity
- Draw on canvas
Sorry ignore that, that was completely useless. Umm I guess what I'm trying to say is that you should just play around with it instead of trying to remember instructions on it ^^. Just go nuts.
- Click on pentool
- Draw points on canvas
thanks DCTP!!! ♥♥♥

I just say you got to have a good mouse with you, cause drawing in computer is a lot harder than in real life... The only thing I can draw perfectly in a computer is... Bart Simpsons, perhaps?

Re: My drawings (warning, some images are big)
I think drawing on the computer like drawing on paper just gets getting used to ^.^. The first month of me using tablet was really weird, I could barely write. It's been a few months and I'm still not that good but I think I'm getting the hang of it x]. Drawing on paper IS still easier...hopefully just for now.
Hey, I have an idea, let's have a THIS SUCKS / NO THIS SUCKS / NO YOU / NO YOU argument for a couple pages, that will really be great. - Ingmar
