I think I prefer the second one, because I like the effect of calm the stars give.
My advise would be to colour the body of the dragon(the part that isn't red) in another colour, because it gets a bit confused with the skin. How about making it a bit more darker?
Anyway, I love the drawing!

I'll fix it asap using burn tool ^^. do u think I should add some patterns to the cloth she wears?
and I'm extremely glad you love the drawing. I didn't sleep yesterday to finish them (surprised myself that it only took 2 days to finish them)! I'm more than happy to know that my effort's worth it :).
I also like the one with the stars. I guess for advice, I'd wonder if there's any way to make the dragon look more like a tattoo. Right now, it almost seems separate from the skin. I'm not sure how to accomplish that tattoo look, though :X
As for another point, maybe some darker lighting for the person? I am aware that you want them to stand out, but as is there isn't really a reason that the person is so well-lit in the dark room. Maybe the dragon tattoo could be illuminated, adding light to the person, but where it doesn't reach there are dark shadows?

I don't think you have to add patterns to the clothes. They look good in white, because they give a feeling of purity and elegance. Well, maybe it could look good if you added some simple patterns, like some flowers or something like this, but nothing too complex. You really did a good work!

Well, I think it could look good if you added some simple pattern. I just said that it also looks good like it is. If you have time, you could try it and decide which drawing you like more.

I don't know why does it happens . It happened to me too some days ago, but now it works for me. But I think it happens to more people, because I've seen people who use the simple quote in the symbols(that one wich is like a dialog bubble) instead of clicking on "insert quote".

actually the reason I was saying "I won't add anything. I trust your taste" it's because I'm kind of lazy to add the patterns xD but let's see what my friends think. if at least 10 of them say I should add some patterns, then I'll do it. (what am I, a donkey?)
even the one which looks like a dialogue bubble doesn't work for me :/ actually all of them don't work for me. (them refers to the insert quote, insert image, insert flash, spoiler, etc, don't know what to call them). I typed my post of my new drawings manually xD
