The evidence clearly suggests that the defendant, akemi~chan, is guilty of trying to pass another person's artwork as hers.
Furthermore, her testimony just now contradicts with the facts, as kirite pointed out.

lame joke but still you lost something. i never passed it off as mine. i missed a wrod i mean to put EDITED colors. and i never said i drew it i said color. pay attenton mei . this site may be whacked out because some of the people here hate me. i never said it was my own. i have a problem with my eyes so i did work on the darker colors to see the detail. and coming from an author i love details in just about everything.

Perhaps you need to adjust your screen's set up Akemi.  There should be some sort of setting for you that will let you see the pic better without tracing it or something.

i did some of the colors LIGHTER so i can see them. yeah i have had eyesight problems since middle school

I'm just back from Germany, only to find out that this foolish fool, Miles, once again proved himself unworthy of being called a Von Karma.


I, prosecutor Franziska Von Karma will prove once and for good that the claims of the defendant are foolishly foolish lies.

Just take a look at the evidence in the Court Record.



The two pictures are identical, no changes whatsoever.

That's the truth behind this case.
The defendant tried to pass the artwork as her own but her lie was exposed.
In order to avoid admitting the truth, he made up the coloring story, which was once again a lie.
She changed her testimony again, but another contradiction was created.

The Court should have realized by now that akemi-chan's, the defendant's testimony is not to be trusted.

And, behold the conclusive evidence, the report from the CSI team. The JPEG files are identical.


A perfect guilty verdict.
