If they had continued with the dub, Season 6 would of introduced Ai Haibara
Which is why I included her in the top right hand corner. As when Conan first meets her,

Very well done. Captures the animation quality of the time well, and it has that "official" DVD look to it.
If I recall correctly, Case Closed ended on episode 124 (though technically 130 episodes aired). This meant that the show ended 4 episodes short of Akemi's introduction and death, and 5 episodes short of Haibara's introduction.
I think that had they kept going and reached 129, and provided that they used a different voice actor for Vi Graythorne than they did in movies 3-6 (one that actually sounded like a child), I think it's possible that the character might've helped revive interest in the show. If not, at the very least it would've eliminated the plot hole created by ending the English dub before her introduction yet dubbing 4 movies which she appeared in.
I do understand that TV producers aren't going to keep doing a show which doesn't have high enough viewership to make it worth the time and money (that is, the television industry is dictated by market principles like any other industry), but in my opinion episode 200 would've been a much more appropriate place to end the English dub.
