Kid never announced a heist and didn't do it after all.

While he hasn't done the heist yet, he has announced it. There was a lot of talk about it in the first files of this case (Sonoko leaving a love letter for him, Jirokchi running the train again specifically because of the heist, etc.)

Hah, i´m getting too old. -_-
As a kid i was always excited when such stuff happend in DC, like when Sharon had been that doctor.

But now i hoped Bourbon wouldn´t be the tanned guy or that Okiya wouldn´t be "Shuu-nii" in diguise, but no. Same for Sharon and Shin´s mom. Its less exciting when you expect that to happen already ages ago. :/

I wanna be ten again and totally taken in by the story,cause  now i read it and yawn..... damn...
Only thing i´m not complet sure yet is whenever Kid is either the old lady or Gosho surprises us all and let Kid be someone else.

Hello, i just registered yesterday but have lurked around here for some time.
I have a quick question, is it possible that the guy called Chekhov somehow is Gosho himself? I think his deduction is so damn accurate and even if there's a mistake, it seems that it has been made up to make him less suspicious

I must say im a bit disappointed by the "plans" in this chapter because they don't really make sense.

First of all, how did anyone know that Ai is going to be carrying some of the antidote while on board??

How does sera in any way fall in this plan? how did they know sera would be boarding the train?

if Conan's team knew that the organization was going to board the train, then why did they let Ai come too? wouldn't it have been safer if she didn't come at all? in fact, the same plan yukiki is planning can be carried out without Ai being in the train at all.


and how did Conan know that vermouth was going to board the train? since the only reason yukiko boarded the train was because conan told her he is going to be facing vermouth.

Sonoci answered the antidote thing in the other thread, she told Conan about it and she had it with her in the other case too.

Not sure what Seras role in the plan is, but Sera stalked Conan and Co. since the first time she appeared. She also showed to Conan that she's interested in Haibara before too. And she's Akai's sister, and he would also be able to predict what she would do probably.

They planed to let "Sherry die" so that the BO won't pursue her anymore. To make it believable, Vermouth should see the real Ai, so that she's fooled too and could confirm the death.

Yukiko is also there to disguise herself as Sherry and pretend to get killed. So Vermouth wasn't the only reason for her to come.
They probably assumed that Vermouth would come, since she already tried to catch Sherry once. They also kinda know that she wants to keep Ran and Conan save (Vermouth screaming at Ran to go away at the desperate revival arc, Vermouth not telling about Conan's identity to the BO), so in order to be able to do that, she'd have to board the train too and help out. There is also Scar Akai, which Okiya knew is someone disguised, and Vermouth is a specialist at disguising, so she would be needed for the BO operation too.

I REALLY want to see Akai draging Shiho off the train only to turn the corner and run right into Gin and Vodka just to see Gins face at seeing the two together and Akai alive!

Conan could carry the back-up tranquilizer watch that Haibara used on Ran in EP523, given it is a confronatation with the BO I think he could have anticipated needing to use the watch multiple times, or maybe Agasa finally figured out how to make a Two-shot model.

even without it, Vermouth is now busy talking to Yukiko and Bourbon is alone now and is an manageable target should Akai want to take him down/prisoner. Anyway, now that the murder case was solved, the next chapters will only focus on the fight against the BO

To me it's obvious that Yukiko never told Yuusaku what she's doing.
And Yuusaku is probably writing a book...or running away from his editors.
and why do I have a feeling that Conan still is ahead of everyone?

Shinichi is able to process more information at the same time than an average person,
my best guess is that he knew what was going on when he got the mail a last chapter.
I am also certain that he knew what was going to happen a long time ago.
This kind of a plan needs a lot of professional planning.

Okiya and Yukiko lived at Shinichis place and planned this kind of gig for a really long time.
Not that Bourbon is finally revealed we know that Okiya hacked into Kogorous Computer to find
the spy of the BO

Yukiko is really reckless in front of Vermouth. Makes me wonder if Conan just used her as a distraction for her. It is quite likely that he already knows Bourbons identity.

I don't think that even Shinichi would use his mother for such a matter,
there must be more behind it.
Yukiko and Sharon are friends and I am still confused that Sharon is even able to pull the gun.

Well a good point you have there but still some facts are missing, we don't really know
how long Shinichis team have been working on this plan and what they know for sure.


A lot to read on the past few pages but this chapter is likely to become the greatest one ever.
If Gosho plays his cards right the next two or three will reveal a lot but not everything
After that we need another three years for him to come up with the rest of the story
