How does Vermouth being in America a year ago invalidate the possibility of her being in Japan to kill a guy two years ago? I'm pretty sure you can take flights more than once a decade.

I'm pretty sure she was described as reclusive at one point. Besides, even popular actresses aren't on set 24/7/365. She managed to spend a good amount of time running around pretending to be a serial killer and apparently managed to keep a decent gunshot wound concealed, which for a while at least would have mandated bed rest.

It is back to the missing evidence, and How Ran addressed her. My notes are above. There are good reasons why I think her home base was America until the BOSS requested a little Sherry finding.

You're acting like a five-year-old when you do this.

Making points that have nothing to do with the current discussion is what I meant. I was under the impression that we were discussing whether or not she could have been in Japan to kill a guy, which has nothing to do with where her home base is or how Ran talks to her. It has to do with if she's capable of disguising up and going traveling for a couple of days, which she is.

At least, I think that's what the discussion was. I honestly lost track through all of sstimson's tangents.

To wake you up. I asked if the BOSS was the old man camel ask to leave. He was Bo and then Gin did not show up to met Akai aka Rye. Someone suggested that old guy was vermouth, which I disagree with because at the time she was a active Movie star.

That does sound possible, though the probability isn't that high if you ask me. However, there is no solid proof to contradict it so I consider your idea a valid conjecture at this point. None of us know who that guy is and even though it is unlikely for the boss to appear without any prior "safety check" in such a compromising situation, there is no evidence that he isn't :)

Or, you know, it was just another random BO member (they have some of those too).

Or Bourbon, before he was codenamed and in disguise. If he hates Akai from even back then, I could see him wanting in on Akai's final loyalty test to try to fail him. (Hat and jacket familiar?) It also neatly explains why Scar Akai goes after Camel, whose only clear connection with Akai was botching his mission.
