What I think is the 'saturn' could possibly refer not just to Saturday but also to a place if there is a place in London that looks like or has something to do with 'saturn' the planet. Since the rest of the code used places that looked like other things.
Also, since so many characters in this case are named after greek or roman gods/goddesses, perhaps saturn as the roman name of cronus points to the characters with roman god/goddesses names? Perhaps as the target of the criminal? Maybe the father's accident has something to do with the revenge the culprit wants?
Regarding the mystery woman, I think she could be Yukiko since first, Conan will need help to return to Japan now, and since his father knows people in Interpol (and early on in the series they wanted to take Conan out of Japan) so his parents could possibly pull some strings or such for him to return to Japan (maybe they already prepared a passport for 'Conan'). Second, the mystery woman's hairstyle is similar to the one Yukiko used when disguised as Fumiyo Edogawa.
