For one, I don't think that Shiho would want to risk having the B.O. catch her because they're somehow monitoring air travel and picked up on her passport...but I wouldn't pull it past Goushou-san to pull another Deus Ex Machina...
Secondly, I think that it's inevitable that Shinichi will somehow screw up the pill situation...especially since Haibara SPECIFICALLY warned him to obey everything she said.
As for the man's riddle, I'll be grasping at straws. He called it his "book of Revelations", alluding to the final book of the bible, I presume. The most popular piece of this story is that of the Four Horsemen. The Four Horsemen is also a potent drink containing Bourbon as one of the four alcohols. The actual wording makes no sense to me though... Not to mention that there is a major "7" theme (if we think back to "Nanatsu No Ko") so maybe the B.O. IS involved?
