Some speculation: Sebastian is the name of the titular demon butler from "Black Butler". It could thus be a reference to Iori Muga. Going off of this line of reasoning, perhaps Gosho meant to imply that at some point in a coming chapter (or this next one) Muga does something or acts in such a way that makes him look scary, like a demon.
Alternately, Sebastian is the name of the crab from "The Little Mermaid", a film so iconic that it's probably well known even to Japanese people. However, this makes little sense in the context of Kyoto.

That is a list of postcards from earlier this year. Some of them were never confirmed because we never found images of them.

There is no postcard with the boss' name on it.

Yeah. There's a list of names supposedly denied to be the boss in the postcards but since we got no images of them they're unconfirmed.

Nope, we had two cases longer than 5 Files after Design of Poison and Mirage with the Mystery Train (818-824) and Heiji Hattori and the Vampire Mansion (834-840). Though these two cases were 7 Files long, so if you were meaning that the Kyoto Trip is the first 6 File case that we've had since EYE, then yes, that would be correct
