@ALAKTORN: he's referring to his "room" in the AC game, I believe.

ジュンコクべや transformed into kanji is 純黒部屋.

The Japanese title for Movie 20 is "純黒の悪夢 (ナイトメア) " (Pure-black nightmare).

So, I think that the most probable answer is that he's using "Junkoku" to refer to the movie (I've seen people in NicoNico Douga do that, Japanese love to abbreviate names) and "beya" is alternate reading of "heya" or "room".

For anyone wondering about that, it's probably a reference to Ooka Echizen, a Japanese TV show with characters named Ooka and Iori.

Interestingly, the name of the actor who played the role of Iori was 'Muga Takewaki', which is probably where Gosho got the name for Iori Muga. Similarly, the name of the actor who played the role of Ooka was 'Go Kato', so a member of the Ooka family might just be named Ooka Go.

We've yet to see what they actually hope to accomplish: blackmail Kogoro? Demand a ransom?
