Spoiler:
1) "That person" and the "Boss" are the same. And it's not neither Yuusaku or Gin.
2) The BO boss isn't Kichiemon Samizu
3) I think that Conan will one day know that Ran protected Haibara... Maybe...
4) I think that maybe I'll draw Ran's birthday episode one day...

6) I think that Haibara probably likes Conan

This was already translated but correction: he’s saying that the DBs’ parents give them an allowance so they use that when they need money.

I think he’s saying that Akai has difficulty dealing with love, not that he hates it.

I remember having already translated like 90% of these. Not sure which ones are new.

I didn’t know “chū” was the sound mice make in Japanese and that’s where his nickname came from. I always thought “chū” was the sound for kissing… (which it is, just not in this case)

He had the most moments in 7 and 10. 13 practically nothing, 14 and 17 he had a side plot.

In any case, we'll have to wait and see in what direction the manga goes. If Gosho has one case with Heiji and Kazuha in the manga every year, then MAYBE we'll finally have an actual confession by the time April 2017 rolls around, especially if there's been two cases with them, by then. If that turns out to be the case, the Movie will most certainly acknowledge this. Maybe the Movie will feature a kiss, should the confession case take place in the manga files that come out around the time Movie 21 will.

There was that part that was just brought up by Heiji last time, that he wants a special place comparable if not more impressive than Kudo's London case for the confession. So I'm guessing it'll happen after the movie when Heiji appears. And the case before will probably leave us hanging for a whole year for it.

The other one has already been translated possibly more than once, the one that says that Conan might eventually find out that Ran protected Haibara.

The black organization’s #3? I wonder… (laugh)

If someone could check the remaining postcards that would be very helpful. There is one blog reporting many people were said not to be the boss, including a few popular theories (Karasuma Renya, Oguro Rentaro, Genichiro Kaneshiro), but the blog didn't link any sources or pictures of the relevant postcards.
