Personally, I don't care about when Conan will end, just enjoying every new cases.
And this one may not be the most interesting with nothing really exciting yet, but it's really worth reading and let suggest a great continuation (I hope). As far as I know it looks also like Conan has a new nickname.

In Movie 13, Gin knows about Conan's true Identity, thats maybe a little reason for that?

Uh, any sources for those claims? Personally, I think it's much too early for Gosho to end this in a year. The Bourbon/Okiya/Akai arc has just started about a year ago and hasn't shown any sign of ending yet (with dead Akai just introduced). Though it'll probably be within a year, knowing Gosho, he'll probably at least introduce another boss arc that wraps up the story.

The "Conan's Ending" thing has been going on for way too long. I remember back in 2003, everyone's like "OMG Conan's ending soon" when Vermouth's arc finally ended. There was this poll in some forum a while back and more than half the people believed that "Conan will end by Vol. 60". I think the fact that we're still getting a lot of non-plot cases recently shows that Conan's probably not ending as soon as we think.

I'd bet on it, considering the movie comes out mid April and the anime will continue on past April.  They wouldn't release the end of the series before they were done the buildup.  So, yeah... 100% guaranteed.

I agree with this completely. Since Conan now shows at 6pm in the evening now, nothing bad is going to happen, really, since no show is taking that time slot other than Detective Conan. So we're safe for now. The series isn't ending this year.

i vote for the manga would be finish soon, but i also vote there will be a 14th movie. the real thing is just about to begin, so to say movie: raver of chaser would be the last installment, that's not likely to occur in my point of view.

ai and hakase, the professor, rode with a pair of suspicious couple, and by eavesdropping their conversation, the couple might be from the bo... or maybe not. they could be conan's relative, seeing that they knew not to judge by his cover and somehow knew conan quite well. i could be wrong though, if there's a twist in file 681.

it was no doubt that ai and hakase were so alarm to overheard the pair's destination - to kogoro's place. several traces of bullet marks and blood stains on the seats were best not to ignored. who know what they would do.

I really think they are the looks so similar and you cant really see their faces as if gosho want to hide them...

Uehara has similar hair style. The same goes for Yamato. He has dark skin, similar scruffy beard, and they are hiding this left eye. I didn't sit down and translate, but I noticed enough to know that they did mention Conan and Mouri Kogoro by name.

I hope it's them. I really liked those two. I thought it would of been a real waste to not reuse just a cool inspector when the many others are such dimwits. I liked the relationship between him and Uehara. It was cool when I saw in the anime she was voiced by Koushimizu Ami (voice of Kallen in 'Code Geass'). I wonder if she is often type-cast as the love lorn woman all the time. She plays it well.

Anyway, based on cutepeipei's translation, I don't believe they belong to the BO. I mean, those two are making themselves TOO suspicious. I don't know what it was all about with the "half-kill", but I think Yamato is just smarter than the average cop in the DC universe. He's probably not bad, or at least that's what I believe at the moment. And he seems to be very interested in Conan. Who wouldn't be when he meets an overly clever and mature boy?

the detective agency. By the tone of their speaking, it almost sounds like they're playing a joke on Haibara and Agasa. The tanned guy even calls Conan a "brat". Which reminds me that we haven't seen Hattori for ages. >D But, um... Anyways...  I don't think they're BO. They may seem suspicious at this moment although the reactions from both Haibara and Agasa are just priceless for me.

At the end, they talk about how they're "looking forward to meeting" Mouri and also spoke of a massacre. Which is hard for me to take serious....

Haibara's starting to act like Conan. I've never seen her do the pretend-to-be-a-child act like this. She doesn't really like pretending or acting like a child. But this one's really nice!
