Re: DC Question and Answer Thread - Have a question? Get an answer here
I'm not saying anything about Haibara since it's just like Serinox said but it's true that leaving scars depends on the person and how they heal... the region of the wound is also related, some parts of the body are more likely to leave scars if wounded than the others... that was explained to my family (including me) by a surgeon who took care of a family member.
Thanks for the SS Kamite!

There will be something special in chap. 1000!?...
Is it just an assumption?
Or
Gosho stated it officially?

There has been no official statement but Gosho has let out one or two things about it: also, the magazine is building hype with a countdown for File 1000 as well, which it hadn't done before.

Atleast we should be expecting a color spread and maybe even some kind of announcement to celebrate it (anime special, toys etc).

Gosho asked the audience of the interview not to spoil, who is going to appear in chapter 1000, so I'm expecting more than a normal case.
According to an interview in this January, if I recall it correctly.

Just a stupid question, but I've being looking it up and I' m not sure.
Where does Conan learn Akai Shuuichi's name? In his first appearance (Bus Hickjack) it is never stated aloud, but in his second appearence (P&A) Conan thinks for himself "If I recall correctly, his name was Akai Shuuichi". So, where did he get to know it? Is it in the police interrogation?

I'm kind of curious: When Haibara referred to Rum as a "feminine" man, what was the exact Japanese word used?
(If the answer's what I suspect it is, then I might've stumbled onto a major clue about Rum.)

The words are:
女のような男
onna no youna otoko
A female-like man
Or
A man that looks like a woman
It's very vague wording indeed.

Aside from the characters that we know existed in the anime / movies first, are there any other events, character traits, ect that existed in the anime / movies first but were added into the manga later ? Also any events, traits that carry over from movies into anime content.

The first thing that comes to mind like that for me is Shinichi playing violin. (Believe me, I went through the manga up until Movie 12 was released, the only thing ever said was that he learned about violins because he liked Holmes, there wasn't a mention of whether or not he could play until the girl band case, to my knowledge. At the least, nothing prior to that movie.)

Wasn't it mentioned that Shinichi played violin in the bride episode, early on in the series ?Raifuujin wrote:The first thing that comes to mind like that for me is Shinichi playing violin. The Music teacher was getting married, and the groom almost killed her because her father left his mother die to catch a criminal.
I think shinichi was a pain to teach music because he is tone deaf, and the teacher remarks that conan looks like young shinichi without his glasses

In that particular flashback, in the manga at least, he is playing a flute or recorder (can't tell which)kkuuddoo wrote:Wasn't it mentioned that Shinichi played violin in the bride episode, early on in the series ?Raifuujin wrote:The first thing that comes to mind like that for me is Shinichi playing violin. So far with what is on DCW wiki all I can find about him playing the violin is Movie 12 (2008), Magic File 2 (which goes along with Movie 12), and then Volume 88 (2015). So it definitely seems like one.
