I don't think it'd ever be officially released in Australia, but DCTP will be able to release subs for it sometime after October 14 when the rental DVD is released. (Gotta have the footage in order to do anything! ^^; )

Nono, you're right. I was just saying that whoever told her that was talking about the fansubbed release, and she may or may not have realized that was what they were talking about. It can be a confusing situation, so it's understandable.

I'm pretty sure all the ones that have been released have followed the same order as with the Japanese.

They're the same number. The only franchise I can think of at the moment that is numbered differently in the United States is the Final Fantasy series and they've since backtracked and released the games under the proper number.
