If they were to do another crossover with Lupin III, it should be a race to some sort of ancient treasure with codes they would have to decipher and maybe make it similar to The Hollow Needle[i] an original Arsene Lupin story. Thoughts?[/i]

rather than have them both racing for a treasure, I feel like it would be more "Conan+Lupin"-y if it was something happened like:

- Lupin steals Treasure 1, Conan looks at evidence and realizes what's up
- Lupin steals Treasure 2, Conan notices a pattern and starts predicting where Lupin's gonna be next
- Conan and Co arrive at Lupin's goal, but Conan runs off on his own (probably on his skateboard because that only appears in movies anymore)
- Conan reaches Lupin at his goal, where it turns out that all the treasures were keys to an ancient treasure (omg). Unfortunately, as it always is in Lupin, the treasure is of zero monetary value.
- Conan shoots his tranq dart at Lupin (after a lengthy monologue of how he found him), but Goemon jumps in from nowhere, cuts it, and says "Once again I have cut a worthless object."
- Lupin says something like "The real treasure here... is the view" and runs away while Conan's staring at it, or distracted by the supporting characters who run in after him. Or maybe they're in a cavern that starts crumbling and they have to flee, that happens a lot too.
