Ok, y'know that effect near the beginning of the OP where Shinichi and Ran are shown in a neverending loop of fading into the background? That might the lamest use of anything remotely similar to that effect I've seen anywhere. It's really bad.

Anyway, I love how this episode makes up for the lack of real looking blood by having characters get hurt and punched. It was pretty hilarious and awesome and I approve of an increase of random violence for unintentional lulz.

The case itself is...ok. Nothing you haven't seen many times before outside of the already mentioned silly violence and I suppose the camera in a way. But at least no police, which I know many people have missed.

oh and the ED is as dumb as I heard. I mean what the hell? The last one you could just go "oh that's silly", this is just insanely random. Shame as I really like the song but all I can imagine is that they're the people in that Warioware boss game.

Regarding this case, I enjoyed it. And the fact that the police doesn't come makes it automatically pretty good in my book.

The mystery doesn't seem to be that bad, as has been said. I have an several theories about what may have happened, but at least I didn't know right at the beginning like with some recent AOs. (Not a good thing considering I'm horrible at figuring out this kind of thing.)

By the way, I think I zoned out for a minute when it was mentioned, so can someone tell me what the make-up artist's alibi was? I find her really suspicious.

Her alibi so far was: she was staying with Ran and the rest in the living room the entire time before Okita shouted that Miyasaka is dead.
