Probably no canon story will get the movie length single episode treatment until the end. I'd be surprised if the last episode isn't a special, tough (even if the anime ends before the manga). We also shouldn't rule out some crossover special like the Lupin vs. Conan special.

Losing the specials is the only reason I think the manga really has overstayed its welcome (a bit).
