I don't know of anybody here watches Hidan no Aria, but....

Spoiler: Major character background exposure; Don't read if you want to watch the series in peace; There are only six episodes out right now (the sixth being unsubbed since it came out today).

Apparently one of the protagonists, H. Aria Kanzaki, is a part of Holmes' bloodline and is a fourth-generation(?) Holmes. She has a partner who happens to be from Holmes' partner's bloodline named Kinji Tooyama.

Do you think Conan and Aria/Kinji should cameo in a Detective Conan movie or special or something? lol

If a Butei was killed by the B.O., Conan gets to the scene and meets Aria and Kenji, epic gunfights occur between Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, and various Butei characters, The Lupin the 3rd pop back into the scene, the antagonist of Hidan no Aria (who coincidentally is Lupin's relative) has a conflict with Lupin the 3rd, Kaito Kid tries to steal something Lupin is after, and Haibara finds out how to create a variably-timed antidote (probably 12-36 hr effect) that is resistant to immune system changes?

That last one was thrown in there for kicks. lol

Also, what makes the idea of the two shows crossing over so unattractive? It's good to get feedback on these things, so I can get a better understanding of how the community thinks. I'm an anime n00b (i just started watching DC two months ago after first seeing Case Closed on Funimation DTV about three years ago and I stopped reading mangas five-six years ago due to family issues) so I'd like to know how this all works. lol

Aria's only getting 12 episodes + an OVA, I can't imagine it being popular enough to crossover with conan, plus, i don't like too many tsunderes in mah conan
