Black Organisation is only a name that Conan (and fans) give to them...
Haibara calls them 'the organisation'
Maybe she doesn't know the true name or she is afraid to say it.

Perhaps they are truely called The collective of people who do naughty things, but defer to The Black Organization because people just laughed at the real one?

Maybe it has the initials, B.O but it isn't black organisation.

the first link has "Banzai Taking Color". Banzai is (almost stereotypically) japanese and color being taken would mean a lack of color. I'll give you 3 guesses what color you get out of a lack of color. "Racial Tank Boozing" which sounds amazingly stupid. Oh, albino is used too.

the first one for the 2nd link has Irish. Awesome. Oh and it has "Shin" too for a few of them.

The Black Hand was the old name of the Mafia. I'm sure Gosho, as a Holmes fan, would be aware of this.
