For some reason 37 always made it seem like it was trying to tell me Shinichi wasn't really Conan, but was off in some field just sleeping the whole time.

lol, oh I know, which is part of why it unnerved me. Fun fact: "...and then they woke up" as an ending was banned in at my department at art university.. :3
