Kid/Shiho & Hakuba/Shiho are two pairings that have enough potential to spark a spin off series of their own.

With Hakuba/Shiho, you are getting the regal couple that would travel the world solving mysteries on a daily basis. Their exploits would be published in newspapers across the globe and earn them the title "The King and Queen of Detectives".
They would go after every single type of mystery, from "who killed the royal turkey of the Diamond place?!" to "who killed the ambassador of France while he gave his speech?!".
Dignified photos of them after solving a mystery/catching a culprit would flood the internet forums, spawning millions of fan stories about their everyday lives. In short, they would become legends among legends in the Detective World.

As for Kid/Shiho..the same thing but replace solving mysteries with stealing famous jewels to return to their owner/right a wrong. But of course, in this scenario Shiho would be Kid's ground support, essentially taking over Konosuke's role after having training.

Quick everyone, flood Gosho's mailbox with these two pairings!

And when I think about it, maybe Shiho really likes that kind of life, being chased by someone. When she's in BO, law force chase her. When she's in Conan's clutch, BO chase her. She used to that kind of life. Maybe she'll get bored if she's not being chased by anyone. So, Kid is a good choice.

Well, being on the run with Kid is much better than being on the run with Conan as I'm sure the police aren't looking to cover the snow with her blood..like some people. So, yeah, it would be a hundred times more fun traveling the world with Kid.
For Hakuba and Shiho's adventures, they have so much potential that you'll write a great fan fic. Good luck with that and remember to include jet packs and Shiho in an elegant dress revealing who the culprit is in an epic moment..as she steals the spotlight from Hakuba.
