Well he states they were married 3 years later, but it's not like we see Conan in their photo or anything.

Don't foget that when he wrote the first volumes, Gosho wasn't expecting the manga to last so long. Therefore, he probably put in that "3 years later" thing for the sole purpose of having a happy end.

Unless he is planning for another year(s) of serialization, Gosho should just skip the BO cases altogether *lol*
