In the god-forsaken, I pretend it never existed filler arc, Garlic Jr. Saga, Chichi seemed to power up that one time (like she was using Kaioken [which she can't, because she was never taught how] after Marron (Kuririn's girlfriend at the time) insulted Chichi by calling her old and stuff. She was ready to fight her and had to be held back....so yeah.
