Even Yamamura was mocking that, like no one really cares if he lived or died. Kind of hilarious actually...

Cool Point~

Yamamura in that sweet inspectors outfit, when I saw him from behind I thought it was someone new, but then was... sadly disappointed.

Again with a Yamamura case where it feels like he's being stupid on purpose... tripping, dumb comments, all in an attempt to show things... Burbon or poor writing, YOU DECIDE!

Set up was quick, kind of original, and the victims interactions with the ladies wasn't something you see much of, even though it was painfully obvious they were just setting them up as the "wrong choices"

The case was pretty simple and didn't feel like it was trying to be more grand than it really was, but that said...

Bad Points~

You notice that Conan was just being a snoop because he was bored? He seemed to have no purpose walking by either and listening except for the fact that it was plot and he was obviously bored.

The Murderer was painfully obvious from the start, it's a game of "find the person mentioned but not a lot, then find the very obvious give away line they say."

Motive was stock, I've lost count of "Injured me on purpose, now I wanna kill them." lines in this show, but I guess with simple cases come simple motives. But it could have at least been something like, "Injured me on purpose, and drove my girl friend to suicide." two cliche motives for the price of one =D

Verdict: Solid, I actually enjoyed it.

hahaha, that was simply hilarious  ;D ;D
I enjoyed the episode, too .. it was really simple and perfect for a lazy afternoon, when you're even too lazy to think much .. plus I was really glad nobody had to die, i love these 'different' cases (well ok, this one wasn't all that different but still!), where there is no murder!
the badguy's excuse for trying to murder him was ok (though it was already seen 100times), I think that adding a girlfriend that commited a suicide would be a bit too much for this ep xD
it was a good one .. with Yamamura's mocking^ and Sonoko's 'fight' with the policeman that wanted to arrest her XD

I was pretty mad that he ended up not dying. He was a douche. Have some guts, AO staff. :P

This, but I found it funny.

Regarding the parody thing, it was pretty hysterical that Conan/the writers have gotten so used to the formula that Conan, two seconds after a horrifying poisoning, is completely focused on b***ing about Yamamura.

Was anyone else slightly put off by Sonoko being a suspect? I feel like if they start that they'll have to do it every time. Ran/Sonoko/Heiji/etc could have committed so many of these murders, and they're never suspected. :P Though it was cool to see the Deduction Queen defend herself.

I liked it, but somehow, for me, I had a feeling that I was watching a fake DC thing, like OVA 1, I do not know how to express my point, but something did not feel right..

You really need to stop being ironic because it's becoming hard to tell if it's intentional or not.

also, I wasn't being sarcastic when I said brilliant

Found it to be enjoyable overall, but obvious culprit is obvious.
"Rule through fear of force rather than force itself" - Tarkin Doctrine
"[It] is much safer to be feared than loved" - Nicolo Machiavelli
Most Convoluted DC theory?
