Mikoto took over most of the large in-land areas like China... US..etc.
I was kind of expecting it.

Though I'm surprised how Byakuran took over S.Korea and still lost.
I guess that means foriegn votes are contributing even more to Moe Tournament than before XD haha.

At the same time, 88% was domestic, only 12% international. So only 709 of the 5913 votes came from outside S. Korea. With a 1227 vote difference, region and international votes were not the deciding factor.

Though at the same time, those stats completely oppose the regional voting map. So dunno which is correct.

Note that people who did not answer the questions take 25% of the population. Usually, a large number of them are from countries other than in Korea. I'd say more than 1000 votes are actually from other countries. That is more than enough the change the results. 


Still, Koreans in other countries, like me, participate largely in MTs also. I guess that's one large portion of the foreign votes on the map. Hmmmm...
