Does anyone know how much longer this series will last?

Don't get me wrong, if Detective Conan never ended, that would be cool with me, but realistically, it's going to happen at some point.

I was curious if anyone had heard anything like Aoyama saying he'll try and hit the 1,000-chapter mark or something.

To be honest, I thought that the series would end ages back but the amazing creativity the DC staff has continues to amaze me.

I have no idea when DC is going to end, but, even though everyone is going to stone me to death, this series really does need a conclusion, it's ridiculous if this series will continue on for another 15 years, we fans need closure damnit!  All good things must come to an end.  

And oh man, I'm going to be pissed if Gosho dies before he writes out the ending.

Or if any of the main VAs die as well...can you imagine someone replacing Conan/Shinichi's voice??  Oh god, the forum was in an uprage when Kogoro was replaced, imagine mother-trucking Conan!
