The lowerright paragraph mentions a short interview/conversation with Suwa Michihiko, Yomiuri TV's chief producer. He said it's amazing that 15 years have passed since Conan was born (btw Shonen Sunday just celebrated its 30th anniversary), and he hoped that the thrill of solving mysteries will entertain the viewers.
"With that in mind, our AO episodes strive to throw in interesting elements that are not yet depicted in the original manga. And although those characters don't age as the seasons come and go, their feelings and relationships do change, so I hope that people will understand that it's part of the fun and keep rooting for Conan."
