Only one more month of "Tomorrow is the Last Time" definitely *seems* short. Analysis proves otherwise (assuming dates/episode numbers are correct).

Tomorrow is the Last Time: September 25th to Jan 8th (589-603?::15 eps). ~ 3 1/2 months

Previous 5 EDs:
Hello Mr My Yesterday: Jan 16th to Sept 18th (562-588::27 eps). ~ 8 months [No episodes aired in April]
Hikari: July 11th to Dec 26th(540-561::22 eps). ~ 5 1/2 months
Doing All Right: April 18th to July 4th (530-539::10 eps). ~ 2 1/2 months
Koigokoro kagayaki nagara: Jan 19th - Mar 16th (521-529::9 eps). ~ 2 months
GO YOUR OWN WAY: Oct 20th - Dec 15th (515-520::6 eps). ~ 2 months

First 5 EDs:
Step by Step: Jan 8th - July 29th (1-26::26 eps). ~ 7 1/2 months

Results show early EDs tended to last for longer, though not definitively, while newer EDs tend to last about half as long, though again not definitively. "Hello Mr My Yesterday" had one of the longest (7 months + 1 with no episodes), and that definitely makes "Tomorrow is the Last Time" seem short in comparison, but is actually on the longer side of the short scale : )

The recent EDs have been surprisingly good (as EDs often tend to suck in general) lately so I hope this continues that trend.

It's no surprise that Mai's latest ED is already on the way out. It was only an album song and had no real selling power; usually only the actual singles last for an extended amount of time. I consider the non-single songs (at least, in modern terms as far as Conan's concerned) to be fillers until they secure another single. Not to mention that Mai already has the OP. We don't need artists taking up both the opening and ending.

Naifu was awesome. They sung the one of the best OP/ED of DC.

It'd be nice if we just let B'z compose the soundtrack and have an interlude section (a midtro if you will) at the midpoint of all episodes, on top of the OP and EDs. So, essentially, yesuritehomeboi.

Naifu broke up in November... 2009 if I recall correctly.
