Sorry if I sounded harsh but just trying to prove my whole point to everyone. To ShinRan fans, please don't bash me.

so...you're new here, know nothing about the people here, yet you think badly about a group of people in this site for no reason? (just because they like another couple doesn't mean they are against you)

hmmm,i don't see what's bad to say"shinran fan don't bash me"...(many shinran fan say that when they criticize Aicon ) and basically when you say you like coai,many people tend to bash you(at least in many forums i visit...)... so i understand that it's a  reflex  from Rin-chan....

It's not, but rin-chan's post as a whole seemed a bit out of line to me. rin-chan became defensive even though no one has said anything bad.

2)then you didn't see the first pages of this thread   when you like a non official pairing you have more risks to be criticized and bashed...if you compare the shinran thread and the coai thread,which one is has the most insults?

true, never read the first pages, however I refer about more recent events, and not everything happened in the ShinRan thread (it's much newer than this thread). I can give the examples, but it probably won't do any good. My thoughts though are that we shouldn't look at the past (first pages of this thread), but on the present, and the ShinRan fans in this site (in the present) are rather decent and nice people, and are not people who would go and bash someone JUST because that someone likes a different couple than they do.

I totaly agree with you guys, I mean, I hope they won't edit the whole scene of Ai and Ayumi naked and Conan seeing it. The whole case would be just so messed up if they try editing it. Oh and each time a case is solved, there would be an aftermath after the closing song. Therefore, if they edited it in the anime, there won't be a good aftermath as well as the whole joke in this case. Hence, no funny moments with Ai and Conan. 

Also, I noticed that Gosho is making a lot of moments with Ai and Conan including the pervertic parts. Like, when Agasa suspected that Conan is peeping on Ai or when Ai used him as a stool to rescue a cat stranded on a tree and even when Conan accidentaly saw her panty. Now, seeing her naked, it seems that everytime, the joke gets more and more hilarious and bold.

What my point is: I bet Gosho will make something even better than this case in the future. Maybe Conan accidentally seeing her in the shower? Nah, I don't think it will go that far. .

So, lets hope that they don't edit this special moment of AiXConan. If they did, what are the consequences, any suggestions?

IMHO, and please don't kill me, Almost every AiCon fan wants Ai to be with someone, and if Conan,much better because it's the protagonist and both have suffered the APTX4869. The way I interpret this is: Almost all of you are AI FANS, not AICON FANS. So, if Ai finishes paired with Gin/Akai/grown Mitsuhiko/any other guy, for you it would be a happy ending.

With this one post, I have realized that there is something I must admit....

Yes, it's true. One of the reasons I am an Ai/Con fan is because I'm an Ai fan! BUT I do have many reasons why I think Conan is better suited than any other male, and I actually enjoy their encounters more than any other male/female encounter in the whole show. If there is a more interesting encounter, then I will direct my attention....especially if the encounter is BO related. 

And I also admit one reason I am an Ai fan is because I'm a BO fan. Guilty.

Hi, I'm new here.... I kinda read till pg 125 then skipped to 198, so I do not really know what is happening here but I heard there is a war.
So, I'm actually a [glow=red,2,300]100% CoAi fan.[/glow] (So sorry if ShinRan fans got dissapointed)
Reasons why I [s]like[/s] [glow=red,2,300]love[/glow] this paring(In my opinion):
1) Haibara's personality is very different from any other girls.

Most girls are very optimistic, whiny/clingy, cheerful, childish/fictional/ fantasy and innocence.

But as for her, she's actually the opposite: pessimistic, independent, moody, realistic/ smart/mature  and knows the negative things in the world. It is quite rare to see a teenaged girl the same personality as hers.
As for me, I'm a very pessimistic and mature teenaged girl. Even my parents and my teachers as weel as my friends said so.

Girls who are like Haibara tends to be a good listener to your problems and understand them more better [s]than girl like for example, Ran[/s]. They would just say that "just be happy" / "think of the brighter side" or something like that which is NOT the kind of comfort you wanted.
Someone who listens to your problems must know a lot of moral philosophy, like saying: "Love is sometimes selfish. You would always [glow=red,2,300]want[/glow] to be with your love interest but sometimes, they just find another. It hurts you a lot because you had affections with this person and you want to be with them but you can't. Some people would just gain hatred and jealousy which leads to murder cases just to get what they want. Despite the hardship of letting go, you are forced to let go of this person and just think that their happiness is the most important thing even though your heart is bleeding" (Srry, I felt this way for 3 times already )

Also, she has character developement as the series goes on. I'd rather prefer someone sarcastic rather than someone who complains a lot. And she is NOT THAT cold. She grew up in an extreme abnormal childhood and it just became her habit to act like that but Conan showed her the brighter things in life. To me, she sort of reminds me of Irene Adler. P.S: AI= A.I =  Adler Irene = Irene Adler!

2) Conan and Haibara's relationship is so mysterious because their sympathy and care for each other is so indirect.

Both cared for each other without using words, [glow=red,2,300]but actions[/glow].
Since this is an anime full of [glow=red,2,300]mystery[/glow], a [glow=red,2,300]mysterious[/glow] love story should be in it whether one-sided or not. A love story like this is very rare and touching. I just love the way they show signs of care towards each other, as they say, "actions speaks louder than words".

It is not like [s]some[/s] most love stories which they have a crush on each other and it's very obvious that they have mutual feelings and both know that they have like each other but they just pretend that they hate each other and their friends just tease them about it.... It is just way too simple and obvious! It is very boring as well as mushy/ lovey dovey which makes me sufficate. I need some mystery in love because it is interesting and it doesn't make you sleep or sufficate. 

Oh and btw, Haibara is JUST a year older than him, so she ISN'T  a shotacon! Also, "age doesn't matter in love". I know all of you do not see the romantic interaction between Haibara and Conan while some just do not agree OR they do not want to admit it.

Also, it is just[glow=red,2,300] fascinating [/glow] because they also flirt in a serious way and the way Conan protects her it is just different from the way he protects any other people. Haiabra also taught him how to be humble. It isn't just about solving the case and justify the guilt of criminals, but also understand why they had commited the crime. People only murder because they held a gruge of that person and they might had suffered throughout therelife, therefore, they chose revenge because they were unable to forgive that person. Seriously, have you seen a detective trusted an ex-convict before? Thus, both protects, care and teach each other another way or so......

Even if Conan admires another girl, both of them act like [glow=red,2,300]solemates.[/glow] And come on everyone! There is a lot of hints in the series that shows that Haibara has a thing for Conan. Also, even at the first volume, I did not bother about the SHinRan couple because it's obvious that they like each other, very predictable.So, yeah ^.^ ......

3) Unrequited, unnoticed love is painful. I

actually felt like this before (oh well, it has been 3 times)..... I know that some of you could not just feel the pain because your blessed. Your lovelife is so straightforward and happy because your love interest has mutual feelings.
So, to tell you what, it hurts.... a lot..... Therefore, I sometimes refer to Haibara's feelings and love situation and put it into mine because they are similar. You just sometimes think that you were the girl whom they admire and tend to get jealousy and hatred. [s]Even I had moved on from this kind of love and found a new love interest, it is still hopeless because that guy just does not notice me no matter how close we are. But I just think of his happiness.[/s]

Some of you, [s](mostly ShinRan fans),[/s]  says this : "Shinichi will definitely just become himself again and confess to Ran and Haibara will just find another person" Don't you see? It is so predictible.
Okay, let's just face it, Shinichi will definitely end up with Ran but you can't just say that Haibara will find another guy....(Well, DC is a mystery with twists and turns, so who knows?)
It isn't easy to just let go of someone whom you love and find another. It takes time. [s]As for me, it took 1 and a quarter year to bear with the whole pain and move on.... (Well, unfortunately my new love interest just sees me as a friend )[/s]
So since Conan is [glow=red,2,300]awesome[/glow] and I do not think you can find someone like that and judging Haibara's character, it will took quite a long time for her to move on. Love is just sometimes painful, you are blessed if your lovelife is just so straightforward.

Just imagine that you are in Haibara's shoes: A guy whom you first thought that he was the right one for you,  and you are just so happy that you had fallen in love. Not only that, that guy is so caring towards you that you feel that he feels the same way as you too and he's awesome. But then, just then, you eventually found out that he likes another girl. Your dream just burst into flames and only leaves ashes. Even though you do not know this girl, you already hated her and the moment you heard her name, first saw her, met her, you just hated her that you want to curse her to fall into hell for enternity despite that she is actually a nice person. You just glare and ignore her for no reason as you spent nights thinking and crying about how you suffered such a hopeless love. You get jealous the moment she interacts with the guy whom you love and how he talks about her to you a lot. And this goes on for many days...... As you saw how she is kind you suddenly wants to apologise for being rude to her and you just want to find them happiness even if your heart is bleeding.(If she's nice) As you spent your alone time thinking about letting him go, you just can't........

You see people? It is just so painful and you could not imagine how surrowful you are if you had not experienced this before.

So what if Ran has to wait for him? Think about it, you just wanted to spend time crying and waiting for a guy whose suddenly gone that hasn't even confess to you. If that person was your boyfriend you could wait. But a guy whose relationship with you is just friendship? (Come on, THEY ARE NOT DATING) Who knows if he has already someone?

Therefore, if you never knew that Conan is Shinichi, somehow, if you love him, you should be happy for him and just stop hurting yourself. Since he likes cases and now he goes to other countries to solve some,and the most important thing is that he is safe when he is missing. You must think that he is happy doing what he loves the most and stop waiting for him. Like in an episode where Conan could not bare Ran's depression, he sometimes wish that she was not in love with him.

So, by acting that way even though that it is faithful, it just an infatuation to me because you can't seem to understand that you have to sacrifice for one's happiness but people are just way selfish. It is just way to MMI (me, myself and I) .

In my opinion, thinking something like "I am dying here waiting for you, please come back to me."  is just pure childish crush. [s](Srry if you think I'm very emotional)[/s]

Love is about thinking about a person more than yourself.

[glow=red,2,300]Instead of [/glow] thinking how much it hurts you, why didn't you think about how he is safe? When he calls you instead of asking if he is alright and doing fine in his cases, why do you complain to him and keep on reminding him to come back? Why?
As for the one-sided love, it is unfair (life is unfair, get use to it)and it hurts but you just have to let go and keep thinking of his happiness. The reason why I know about this is because me experiencing a one-sided love three times (the third is currently) made me understand more about feelings and how to be selfless. That is the main reason why I just support ConanXAi because I can just refer to it.

Sorry if I sounded harsh but just trying to prove my whole point to everyone. To ShinRan fans, please don't bash me. And if you did I would ask you this first: "Why are you a ShinRan fans who detest ConanXAi a lot and ironically going to a Conan+Ai thread?"

Well, for me, Conan is the best for Ai. Since Ai may not be with Conan, I do not really know who is she ending up with because their sympathy towards each other is very unique and for many other reasons. I had never seen Ai being close to another male character (well, maybe agasa) as close as Conan. (Please correct me if I'm wrong with the last sentence)

If she is just for example ends up with Mitchisuko, (which I am skeptical that would ever happen) she is just ending up with him. I am very skeptical that she would love him because it will sure take a miracle for a guy like him to win her heart. (simply because a woman's heart is like an artichoke, men will have to work hard to win her heart)

Therefore, what I am trying to say is that if she would end up with anyone else, Gosho have to make a good explanation because Ai cannnot just be with someone out of pity. Because if this happens, I wouldn't consider it a happy ending if Ai would just be with someone whom she doesn't love romantically unless the guy makes effort to win her heart like what Conan innocently did.

So, in my point of view, being with someone just because you pity them is also considered as being unhappy because you will never be with someone whom you love. (True love) Unless, this guy makes remarkable effort to win Ai's heart especially for a very unique girl like her.

Also, if Ai truly loves Conan, it wouldn't be easy letting go of someone and finding someone else especially for someone like Ai.

But wouldn't it be sad if she loses someone she loves?    Well, ending up with someone isn't really nescessary for a happy ending. As long as Ai has her passion for her dream and to live her life to a happy state, whether Ai or Shiho, I am content.

I am just trying to point my view. If you take this negatively, please don't take it seriously. I am not here for war, peace everyone!
