Probably due to two things.  One is that it was expected he'd pick one when he was still doing Kogoro's voice.  But instead picked the very first episode Rikiya Koyama took over the role.    The second thing is that it's also an AO episode that was somewhat mediocre compared others.


*Edit- Wait a minute.  I just checked the link and from the translation I see.  Rikiya Koyama picked 553, not Akira Kamiya.  If that's right, that pick makes sense now.
